Privacy Policy

Inquiries: when you request an inspection or quote, we collect what you give us — your name, company, phone number, email address, and the details you share about your building and the work you need.

Job applications: when you apply for a job, we collect your name, contact details, location, experience, your message, and any résumé or cover letter you attach.

Site usage: we count page visits and a few actions (such as tapping our phone number or submitting a form) so we know which pages are useful. This is recorded without cookies and without your IP address, name, or email — a visit is identified only by a random number that disappears when you close the browser tab. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure traffic and page speed in the same cookieless, aggregated way.

Inquiries are stored in our secure database and emailed to the Fort Wayne office so the right person can respond. We use them only to answer your request, schedule an inspection, and prepare a proposal. If you give us an email address, we send you a confirmation that we received your request.

Applications are reviewed only by the people involved in hiring. Résumés and cover letters are kept in private, access-controlled storage — they are never publicly accessible, and download links are issued to our staff individually and expire within minutes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and connection to make that check. It does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that processing.

We use a small number of providers to run this site, each only for its stated purpose: Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (sending form notifications and confirmation emails), and Cloudflare (spam protection). They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may share project information with Tecta America Corporation, our parent company, and with manufacturers where warranty registration requires it. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping obligations that come with construction contracts and warranties. Job applications are kept for as long as they are useful for current and future hiring, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time. Site-usage counts contain no personal information.

This site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
